Every number comes from the casino’s chart and changes when the chart does. “Payout in our test” is the time from pressing withdraw to the money landing in our wallet. Each withdrawal, with its coin and amount, is in the lab log.
Fast payout casinos are the patients in this ward, and payout speed is their pulse. Dr. Payout, our cardiologist, takes it with real money, because promises cost nothing. First, we sign up like any player, deposit our own crypto, play and then ask for a withdrawal. The stopwatch starts when we press withdraw. It stops when the coins show up in our wallet, not when the casino says “approved”.
That time carries 40% of every score, more than any other vital sign. A casino gets into this ward only if our withdrawal landed in under an hour. Banners do not count, since anyone can print the word “instant”. The full method is on how we examine a casino.

The table at the top shows the score and the payout time. This one, however, shows what we actually did at each fast payout casino. All three runs used USDT for the deposit, so the coin was not the difference. The cashier was, so that is what we compare.
| Casino | Game we won on | Withdrawn | Documents asked | Full chart |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stake | Lightning Roulette | $5,200 | None | Stake review |
| Duel | Space Wars | $3,955 | None | Duel review |
| BC.Game | The Dog House | $2,100 | ID | BC.Game review |
First, notice the amounts. None of these were pocket change, and all three still paid within minutes. Still, one fast withdrawal is a good sign, not a guarantee. Casinos often stop to look at a much bigger win, so every chart gets a next check-up date.
Speed in our test is one thing. However, the rules decide how the next withdrawal goes, especially a big one. So we read the terms and help pages of all three casinos and put the parts that matter next to each other.
| Rule | Stake | Duel | BC.Game |
|---|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal fee | Flat fee per coin, for example 1 USDT | Network fee only, because Duel says it takes no cut | From 0.1% on crypto, shown before you confirm |
| Maximum withdrawal | No maximum, per the help center | No daily, weekly or monthly cap in the terms | No monthly cap in the current terms |
| Coins for payout | About 20 | About 16 | More than 100 |
| Fiat route | Local currency in some countries, but only after ID level 2 | None, crypto only | Local methods in many countries, though fees vary |
| What triggers documents | Any time, when compliance asks; local currency always | When you withdraw, pass 5,000 euros in deposits or look suspicious | Withdrawals are subject to identity checks (section 11.1) |
| Rule that can delay you | Large amounts can wait for manual review before they go out | A KYC trigger holds the payout until you send ID | Withdrawals pause for a while after a password or 2FA change |
| Other rule to know | A withdrawal before any betting counts as coin mixing, so it gets rejected | Payouts may come from a processor’s wallet rather than Duel’s own (section 17) | Payouts go back by the deposit method when practicable (section 11.3) |
Stake is the most predictable on fees, Duel is the leanest on rules, and BC.Game gives you the most coins but the most paperwork in its terms. None of them hides a monthly cap, which is rarer than it should be.
A flat fee and a percentage fee feel the same until you do the maths. So here is a USDT withdrawal at three sizes. A flat 1 USDT hurts small cashouts but barely shows on big ones. A percentage, however, does the opposite.
| You withdraw | Stake (1 USDT flat) | BC.Game (from 0.1%) | Duel (network fee only) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $50 | $1, or 2% | At least $0.05 | Only the network fee, so it depends on the chain |
| $500 | $1, or 0.2% | At least $0.50 | Only the network fee, so it depends on the chain |
| $5,000 | $1, or 0.02% | At least $5 | Only the network fee, so it depends on the chain |
So the lesson is simple. If you cash out often in small amounts, a flat fee eats more than you think, so withdraw less often and in bigger pieces. On the other hand, if you withdraw large sums, a flat fee is the cheapest deal in this ward.
At fast payout casinos, “fast” means very different things, because it depends on how the money travels. Here is how each route behaves once the casino has approved your withdrawal, so you can compare them. Still, the casino’s own processing comes on top of every line.
| Method | Time after approval | Can be reversed | At the casinos in this ward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto on a fast network (TRX, SOL, LTC, XRP, BNB Smart Chain) | Seconds to a few minutes | No, final when confirmed | The main route at all three |
| Bitcoin | Usually 10 to 30 minutes, but longer on busy days (live load on mempool.space) | No | Available at all three, but slowest of the big coins |
| SEPA Instant (euro bank transfer) | Within seconds, around the clock | Hard to recall when sent | Not the main route, so check the cashier |
| Standard SEPA transfer | Next business day | Hard to recall when sent | Not the main route, so check the cashier |
| International SWIFT transfer | Usually 1 to 5 business days | Hard to recall when sent | Not the main route, so check the cashier |
| PIX (Brazil) or UPI (India) | Seconds, around the clock | Rarely | Only through local currency, when the casino supports it |
| Visa or Mastercard payout | From minutes to several business days, because banks differ | Yes, since cards allow chargebacks | Cards work for buying crypto rather than for cashing out |
| E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller) | Usually minutes when sent | Depends on the provider | Rare at crypto casinos, so check the cashier |
So two things follow from this table. First, at crypto casinos the fastest route is almost always a stablecoin on a cheap network. Second, local currency payouts also come with ID checks. At Stake, for example, a local currency withdrawal needs level 2 verification, while crypto does not.
The coin decides only one step: the network. Here is how long each one takes when the casino has sent the money. These are protocol facts rather than our test results.
| Coin or network | Time between blocks | Lands in your own wallet | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | About 10 minutes | Usually 10 to 30 minutes, longer when busy | A low fee set by the casino can leave it waiting for hours |
| Litecoin | About 2.5 minutes | A few minutes | Check that the casino pays out in Litecoin, not only takes it |
| Dogecoin | About 1 minute | A few minutes | Check the minimum withdrawal before you deposit |
| Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens | About 12 seconds | Under a minute to a few minutes | Fees jump when the network is busy |
| Tron and TRC-20 USDT | About 3 seconds | About a minute | T addresses only, so never send it to a 0x address |
| BNB Smart Chain | Under a second | Under a minute | Same 0x addresses as Ethereum, so they are easy to mix up |
| Solana | About 0.4 seconds | Seconds | Check the cashier first, since not every casino pays out on Solana |
| XRP | 3 to 5 seconds | Seconds | Exchanges need a destination tag, otherwise the coins get lost |
USDT is the coin most players cash out in, and the network matters more than the token. At Stake, for instance, USDT goes out on four chains: ERC-20, BEP-20, Polygon and TRC-20. Also, the address prefix tells you which is which. A T address means Tron, while a 0x address can be Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain or Polygon, so pick the chain your wallet expects. More on this in Tether casinos.
A crypto withdrawal passes through six stations, and only one of them is the blockchain. So when a cashout takes hours, the network is almost never the problem. The casino is, so look there first.
| Station | Who controls it | At a fast casino | At a slow casino |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Request checks | Casino software | Instant: bonus finished, limits fine | A vague error, or “contact support” |
| 2. Pending window | Casino | None | The request sits for a day or more before anyone looks |
| 3. Risk and KYC review | Casino staff or a risk vendor | Automatic, unless the amount is unusual | Manual review, then a document request |
| 4. Approval and sending | Casino cashier, sometimes a payment processor | Seconds after approval | Sent in batches, so only a few times a day |
| 5. The network | The blockchain | Seconds to minutes | Bitcoin on a busy day, especially with a low fee |
| 6. Credit on your side | Your wallet or exchange | Your own wallet shows it at once | An exchange waits for extra confirmations before it credits you |
This is our own scale rather than an industry standard. Still, it is the one we would use if a friend asked whether a casino is quick.
| Time to your wallet | Our reading | What is usually going on |
|---|---|---|
| Under 10 minutes | Strong pulse | An automated cashier, or approvals around the clock |
| 10 to 60 minutes | Normal pulse | A person looked at it, or Bitcoin on a busy day |
| 1 to 24 hours | Weak pulse | A manual queue, so only once or twice a day |
| 1 to 3 days | Irregular | A review, then often a document request or a pending window |
| Over 3 days, no reason given | No pulse | A stuck payout, so escalate before it ends in the morgue |
A casino that paid you in two minutes last week can sit on your next withdrawal for two days. That is rarely random, and most of it you can see coming.
| Symptom | Why it slows things down | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| First withdrawal on a new account | Many casinos check the first cashout by hand before it goes | Make it small, so the check costs you nothing |
| A big win | Small amounts go on autopilot, while big ones get a human | Have your ID ready before you play big |
| An active bonus | Unfinished wagering blocks it until you clear it | Check the bonus tab before you press withdraw |
| Barely played deposit | Because it looks like using the casino as a mixer | Play the deposit through at least once |
| A different coin out than in | It can trigger a closer look, especially after little play | Withdraw in the coin you deposited |
| A new or flagged address | Wallet screening sends it to review before payout | Use your own wallet rather than a shared or fresh one |
| A security change | For example, BC.Game pauses withdrawals after a password or 2FA change | Change settings well before payday |
| A VPN or a restricted country | Because it is the fastest way to a frozen balance | Read the restricted list before you deposit |
| Friday night | Manual queues often wait until Monday | At slower casinos, withdraw on a weekday |
On every chart, KYC pressure is its own vital sign: how many rounds of documents came before the money. In this ward, the number we want is zero, because each round adds hours or days. Here is what each casino can ask for, according to its own pages.
| Casino | Verification levels | Crypto withdrawal without ID | The slow one |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stake | Four: details, ID, proof of address, source of funds | Yes, unless you cash out in local currency | Level 4, because source of funds needs paperwork |
| Duel | ID when a trigger fires | Yes, until a trigger fires | A check when deposits pass 5,000 euros |
| BC.Game | Basic (ID and selfie) and Advanced (proof of address) | Not guaranteed, since the terms make every withdrawal subject to ID checks | Advanced, especially when it adds a video call |
If you plan to play big, prepare clean photos of your ID and a recent bank statement before you start. A sharp file sent in five minutes beats a blurry one sent back three times. More on document requests on light KYC casinos.
Some casinos hold every withdrawal as “pending” for a day or more, with a button to cancel it. Players call that reverse withdrawal. But it is not there for your convenience. It is there for the bored evening when the balance is right in front of you. In fact, none of the fast payout casinos in this ward needed a pending window in our tests.
None of this needs luck. It is the routine we follow on every test run.
| You see | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| “Instant withdrawals” on the banner, “up to 5 business days” in the terms | The terms win, always. |
| “Pay a fee to release your withdrawal” | A scam, every time, because real casinos take fees from the withdrawal. |
| Support answers in seconds about deposits and in days about payouts | So watch where the speed goes. |
| “Being processed” for a week | The sentence we expect to file most often as last words in the morgue. |
| A new document request after every upload | One round is a check, but three rounds is a stall. |
| No licence number and no company name | Then, when it stops paying, you will not know who to complain to. |
More patterns, with real cases: how online casinos scam players.
Go step by step, and keep every reply in writing because you will need it. Screenshots of chat count too.
| Step | What to do | Move on when |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Live chat | Ask what exactly blocks the withdrawal and which section of the terms applies | “It is in the queue” is the only answer |
| 2. Email ticket | Send the date, amount, coin and withdrawal ID | There is no clear reply within 48 hours |
| 3. The terms | Read the quoted clause in full and reply with its exact text | The clause does not say what support claims |
| 4. The regulator | Use the licence number from the footer to find the complaint page | The regulator does not respond |
| 5. Public complaint | Post on complaint sites and forums casinos read | Still no payment |
| 6. Us | Report the casino. A public chart often gets a payout moving | When it never pays, the chart goes to the morgue |
On casino.clinic it is a casino that paid our own withdrawal in under an hour, timed from pressing withdraw to the money landing in our wallet. The fast payout casinos that passed, with their times, are in the table at the top of this page.
The comparison table at the top lists every casino in the ward with the time its withdrawal took in our test. The numbers come straight from each chart, so they change when we test again.
Solana and XRP land in seconds, Tron and BNB Smart Chain in about a minute, Litecoin in a few minutes. Bitcoin, however, is the slowest of the big coins. The casino’s own processing usually matters more than the coin.
It depends on the size, because the fees work differently. Stake charges a flat 1 USDT, which is cheapest on big withdrawals. BC.Game charges from 0.1%, which is cheaper on small ones. Duel, meanwhile, charges only the network fee.
Mostly no. The casinos in this ward are crypto first. Stake and BC.Game offer local currency in some countries, but at Stake that needs ID level 2. Duel pays out in crypto only.
Usually a first-withdrawal check, a big win, unfinished bonus wagering or a document request. So ask support which one and which section of the terms applies. If there is no clear reason after three days, escalate.
More lists from the clinic: light KYC casinos, high limit casinos, Tether casinos, Litecoin casinos, every withdrawal in the lab, and the casinos that stopped paying in the morgue.
