Duel Casino

Duel is a crypto casino and sportsbook that opened in 2024. It has no welcome bonus and no VIP ladder. Instead it gives back part of the house edge on every bet, runs its own games at close to zero edge and pays out in crypto within minutes. We deposited, played and withdrew to see whether that holds up. Here is what we found, including the parts Duel does not put on its banners.

Who runs Duel and which licence it holds

Duel is owned by Immortal Snail LLC, registration number L22982, based on Nevis in the West Indies. It holds an Anjouan licence, number ALSI-202411026-FI1. We checked it on the Anjouan register, and the entry is valid.

Anjouan is a light licence. It makes Duel a real, named business, but if a payout gets stuck or an account is closed, the regulator will not fight for you. Your real protection is the operator’s own record and how quickly you withdraw.

Rakeback instead of a bonus

There is no deposit match, no free spins and no promo code to type in. Duel returns part of the house edge on every bet instead, and credits it straight away:

• 50% on all games
• 80% on Duel Originals, the in-house games
• 100% on Duel Blackjack

Rakeback is a share of the house edge, not of your stake. A slot with 96% RTP has a 4% edge. Half of that comes back, so you get about 2 cents for every dollar you bet, win or lose. Over thousands of spins that adds up. Over one evening it barely shows.

The real upside is what is missing. There is no bonus balance, so there is no wagering to clear, no max bet rule and no clause that can void your winnings. Every cent in your balance is yours to withdraw.

The flip side: you start with your own money only. If you want a big headline offer to stretch a first deposit, Duel will not give you one.

Duel Blackjack

Duel Blackjack is the house version of the game, built in-house and provably fair. Each hand is decided by a server seed that Duel commits to before the round and a client seed you can set yourself, so you can check any hand after it is played.

The rules, as listed in the ProvablyFair.org audit, are dealer stands on soft 17, double after split allowed, no surrender and no re-split. With perfect basic strategy that gives the house a very small edge. Duel then pays back 100% of it as rakeback, so on paper you play at zero edge.

Two things to understand before you sit down:

• Zero edge is about the long run. It does not reduce swings. A bad run of hands costs you exactly as much as at any other casino.
• Rakeback is paid on the game’s theoretical edge with perfect play. If you stand on 12 against a dealer 2 or skip a correct double, those mistakes cost you, and no rakeback covers them. Keep a basic strategy chart open.

If you play blackjack properly, this is about as cheap as casino blackjack gets. If you play on gut feeling, the zero edge is mostly marketing.

Other Duel Originals

Next to blackjack, Duel runs its own Dice, Plinko, Mines, Keno, Crash, Limbo, Video Poker, Castle Roulette, Beef and a few more. The lobby labels them 100% RTP.

ProvablyFair.org audited 11 of these games: certified on 8 June 2026, retested in October, with the next unannounced review set for December. The auditors replayed more than 61,000 live bets and every one came out exactly as the seeds say it should. The game logic itself pays 99.2% to 100% depending on the game. Duel covers the rest with instant rakeback, which sits outside the audit.

Duel’s own FAQ adds a detail the lobby leaves out. Zero edge works within a daily allowance. Once you use it up, the extra rakeback stops until the next day and a normal house edge applies. If you play Originals for hours with big stakes, expect a small edge to come back.

Crash and Castle Roulette are shared rounds, so one player’s seed cannot decide them. They use the public drand beacon instead, a random number that nobody, including Duel, can predict or change.

Slots, live casino and sports

Outside the Originals, Duel is a regular crypto casino with thousands of slots and live tables from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO and Evolution. These games keep their normal RTP, and the 50% rakeback applies on top. The audit does not cover them.

The sportsbook covers football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey and dozens of other sports, plus esports such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and Valorant. There is live betting and cash out. Note one line from the terms: trying to get around match betting rules or limits can trigger a KYC check and cancelled bets.

There is no app. The site works in a mobile browser, and you can add it to your home screen.

Deposits and withdrawals

Duel works in crypto. It accepts about 16 coins, including BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, SOL, XRP, DOGE, TRX and BNB. If you do not hold crypto, you can buy it with a card through a third-party service on the deposit page. Withdrawals go out in crypto only.

The terms list no minimum, daily or monthly withdrawal limit. Duel says it does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees, but you pay the network fee. Your balance is held in the coin you deposited. The dollar figure on screen is only an estimate and moves with the market.

Pick a fast, cheap network for payouts, such as LTC, SOL or TRX. Bitcoin and Ethereum work too, but they are slower and cost more when the network is busy. Double check the address and the network. Duel will not refund a withdrawal you sent to the wrong place.

Our test run

We signed up, deposited crypto, played a slot and asked for a withdrawal. The money reached our wallet in minutes. Nobody asked for a passport, a selfie or a bank statement at any point. The exact times, coins and amounts are in the test run and the lab table above.

When Duel asks for documents

We were not asked for anything, but that is not a promise. Duel’s terms reserve the right to ask for ID before any withdrawal. Its KYC policy names three triggers: a withdrawal request, lifetime deposits over 5,000 euros, or a transaction that looks suspicious. If you refuse, Duel says it is not liable for the funds you cannot reach. If you plan to play big, keep your documents ready before you deposit, not after you win.

The terms worth reading

Most of Duel’s terms are standard. These lines matter for your money:

• Section 17: payments may be handled by third-party processors on behalf of Immortal Snail LLC. The wallet that pays you may not belong to Duel. That is normal for crypto casinos and it did not slow our withdrawal.
• Duel can close any account at its own discretion, and when it does, remaining funds may be withheld. This is a broad clause. It is another reason not to keep a large balance on the site.
• Bots, scripts, collusion and multiple accounts can get bets and winnings voided.
• An account with no login for six years counts as dormant, and Duel may reclaim the balance.

What players say

Reputation is Duel’s weak spot. On Trustpilot it has a score of 2.1 out of 5 from 164 reviews, and two thirds of them are one star. Many are from players who lost money, which every casino gets. The complaints that worry us more are about self-exclusion. On Casino Guru, two players say their accounts were reopened after they asked to be excluded for gambling problems. Both cases were left unresolved because Duel did not give the mediator a clear explanation.

We did not have any of these problems in our test. We still count them, because they are the cases where a player needs protection most.

Duel’s responsible gambling policy offers a 7-day cooling-off period and self-exclusion for at least 6 months, both through support. The weak spots are the light licence, broad account closure terms and unresolved self-exclusion complaints.
