Is Mostbet legit? Licence and owner

Mostbet has a real licence. The certificate on the Curacao Gaming Authority site reads “Granted” and “Active”. It names Bizbon N.V., company number 141081, licence OGL/2024/597/0249, and lists two domains: mostbet.com and betandreas.com.

The problem is what the site itself tells you. We opened mostbet.com and landed on another domain, 0djawb3.com. Then we compared the two sources:

In other words, nothing in the documents you accept at sign-up says which company you sign with. Russian media name a Cyprus firm, Venson Ltd, as the brand owner. The certificate names Bizbon N.V. The terms name nobody.

Where Mostbet is blocked

Mostbet’s own list bans players by citizenship, not only by where they live. Citizens of the UK, the US, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and nearly 30 more countries cannot open an account. The full list is in the admission record above. A passport from that list can end an account at verification, even if you live somewhere else.

Governments keep their own lists. We checked two at the source and one through the trade press:

If your country blocks the site, an alternate link does not make it legal for you. Mostbet’s terms put that risk on you: checking local law is “the Client’s sole responsibility” (section 3).

The criminal case in Russia, and why it matters for payments

In March 2026, Russia’s Interior Ministry said police in St Petersburg had shut down an illegal online casino, detained its alleged organiser and the head of its finance unit, and opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 171.2. The ministry did not name the brand. Lenta.ru and Sports.ru linked it to Mostbet and reported that Sergei Lagutenko, named as the founder, was detained in Moscow. Later that month, UA.NEWS reported searches at three payment services said to work for Mostbet.

For a player outside Russia, the case matters for one reason: it is about the payment chain. Mostbet’s FAQ describes Mostbet Cash, a network of private agents who take cash and card transfers from players and credit their accounts. An agent earns 5% of each deposit and 2% of each withdrawal. Agents top up through USDT or P2P transfers to cards and bank accounts.

• With an agent, you pay a private person. If that person disappears or the card gets frozen, your claim is against Mostbet support, with a stranger’s transfer as your only proof.
• No bonus. The welcome bonus terms exclude deposits made through Mostbet Cash.
• Crypto from your own wallet is the cleanest route. The transaction is on chain, with a record nobody can change.

Mostbet welcome bonus: casino or sports

You choose one at sign-up, and the choice is final. Both pay 100% of the first deposit, or 125% if you deposit within 30 minutes of signing up, up to 300 USD or 400 EUR. The banners say more: “250 FS + 125% up to 3 000 €” on the promo page, and 400 free spins plus 3,000 euros in the lobby. The terms under the same banner cap it at 400 EUR.

The last row comes from the bonus terms: after wagering, the bonus moves to your real balance “in the amount of the remaining bonus funds, but not more than the bonus amount”. Here is what the casino bonus costs on a slot that pays back 96%:

On average, the casino bonus costs more than twice what it gives. Try your own numbers in the calculator in the pharmacy section above. The sports bonus is a different story: x5 on accumulators you would place anyway is reasonable.

Three Mostbet rules that cost players money

All three are quoted word for word in the radiology section above.

• Bet your deposit once before you withdraw (section 9). Sports bets count at odds of 1.3 or higher. Roulette, baccarat, dice and poker do not count, and neither do free bets or cash-out bets. Otherwise Mostbet can refuse the payout or keep up to 20%. On a 500 USD deposit that is up to 100 USD.
• Twice the bonus stays on the balance. With a bonus open, a withdrawal is allowed only if at least twice the bonus remains. Otherwise the withdrawal counts as giving up the bonus.
• A quiet account pays rent (section 6). After 12 months with no transaction, Mostbet charges 50 EUR a month on a positive balance, and the terms say winnings and bets are written off as unclaimed.

Mostbet’s guide promises crypto in 10 to 30 minutes. The terms promise nothing firm. For a big win, the limits decide the pace. At the standard limits, the fastest it can come out is:

Deposits: coins and minimums

Mostbet’s crypto page names Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Dogecoin, BNB and XRP. The help pages list more coins, plus cards, e-wallets and local methods by country. PayPal is not supported. The account currency is set at sign-up and cannot be changed. Minimums from Mostbet’s guide:

The guide gives no minimums for the other coins, and the terms set a general minimum withdrawal of €20. Deposit and withdraw in the same coin and on the same network, from a wallet in your name, and keep the transaction IDs.

Mostbet verification: what they ask and how long it takes

No withdrawal goes out before your identity is checked. Section 9 lets Mostbet ask for any of these:

• ID and proof of the payment method you used
• A video call, which the FAQ says runs through Telegram. It can be requested at any time, and missing it can freeze the account (section 4)
• A notarized ID
• Proof of where your money comes from, and whether you hold a political post

One account per person, family, address, computer or IP address. If you share a flat or a laptop with another Mostbet player, tell support before you sign up.

The terms give no deadline for the check. In replies to complaints, Mostbet support writes that verification “can take 60 days, and on rare occasions even longer”, and adds that the period is set in its rules. We searched the general terms. There is no 60-day period in them. Here is how three recent cases went:

Games at Mostbet, and the “hot games” shelf

The lobby lists 175 game studios, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Playtech, Evolution, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger and Spribe, the maker of Aviator. Most slots have a free demo. There is a sportsbook with live betting, esports and poker, and apps for Android and iOS.

One shelf needs a warning. It is called “Hot games within 24h” and labels slots with numbers like “RTP 192 %”, “RTP 171 %” and “RTP 156 %”. That is what a game paid out over the last day across all players, after a few big wins. It says nothing about the next spin. A slot’s real RTP is set by the studio, usually around 96%, and it stays there. A game that just paid 192% is not “hot”. It had a lucky day.

Cashback is up to 10% of slot losses, paid on Mondays to the bonus balance, with its own wagering. A loyalty program has 10 levels and its own coins.

What other patients say about Mostbet

Trustpilot shows no rating for Mostbet at all. The page says the score is switched off for breaking its guidelines, and that fake reviews were removed. Of the 4,461 reviews left, 69% give one star. The repeated themes are withdrawals, accounts frozen after a win and long verification. They match the terms above: no deadline for the check, and a review of every win over €2,000.

Responsible gambling tools at Mostbet

• Deposit, bet and time limits in the account settings.
• A timeout of 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months.
• Self-exclusion for 1 year up to life, in the account or through support. Mostbet’s guide says it starts at 6 months, so confirm the length in writing.
